We are seeking sales, marketing and customer service people to service existing accounts and grow an exclusive territory through new account acquisition. Strong personal and customer service skills are a must. We will train on our products.

Responsibilities will include:
· Increase territory sales
· Establishing new accounts by cold calling and personal follow-up visits
· Offering a full range of products and promotions to hair stylists.
· Educating customers through presentation.

Pay Structure:
Excellent commission and bonus incentive plan with no earning ceiling.

Job Requirements:
Superior customer service remains the backbone of Ron Wilson & Associates. Your ability to provide this to each customer makes you a top-notch candidate. Knowledge of the fashion or professional salon beauty industry and sales experience is a plus, but not necessary.

Other Information:
You are paid commissions based on your sales performance not on the "time" you work. You are expected to see accounts on a regular, routine 2-week route. You are also expected to make cold calls and do product presentations to open new business. Minimum growth goals must be met. These goals are based on past performance averages and are met by the majority of our Salon Consultants. We provide you with all of the sales material, literature, demo products and samples.

We ship products from Minden Nevada directly to the salon. Deliveries are received in our client's salon 1-2 days. Most accounts are set up to pre-pay by credit card. You do not stock or deliver products or collect monies. (With exception to minimal car-stock to build new business.)

We make no claims as to what your actual income will be. Your ability to develop rapport with stylists and build enthusiasm around the products and opportunities that we offer is what will grow your income. You must live in the territory you are applying for.
